What You’ll Be Doing As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating skilled trades and subcontractors to ensure construction runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Your role will include: Conducting site walkouts and planning construction activitiesLeading and briefing subcontractors on scope and expectationsManaging resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects movingLiaising with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challengesEnsuring compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarksSupporting warehouse processes and stock managementPerforming quality checks and reporting incidents as needed About You You’re used to being hands on, with a trade qualification and experience supervising contractors in civil or telecommunications projects.
