About the role: The position of Microsoft Sales Specialist - Surface at Synnex Australia will provide assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers business requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Co-own Microsoft Surface Team Revenue Target. To support recruitment, enablement, and revenue budget of unmanaged DMP’s resulting in; an increase of active trading DMP partners for Synnex. Generate and provide customer quotations within agreed service level agreements with a focus on accuracy and with an attention to detail. Assisting salespeople in the qualification of customer needs. Lodging Deal registration for both Surface devices and Surface Hub and ensuring CRM is maintained with all relevant information. Provide formal quotations to internal sales and Surface partners. To act as a Microsoft Surface Product evangelist updating key stakeholders of opportunities, roadblocks, market intelligence and competitive activity. To develop and maintain close co-operative contact with the Microsoft sales community ensuring timely information exchange and problem resolution. To promote and attend Microsoft events within the organisation and to the Surface partner community. Skills and Experience: Relevant Microsoft Certifications Have completed TAFE qualifications or university graduate preferably with a major in IT and/or 3 years’ experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor or reseller A current and valid driver’s license is required, and the use of your own personal motor vehicle that is well maintained/serviced and comprehensively insured are essential What's in it for you?
