The Role Alkimos Beach PS is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educational leader to join our team as Deputy Principal. This pivotal role involves shaping the learning culture of the school with a strong emphasis on curriculum development, while actively promoting the school’s values, ethos, and strategic priorities. The successful applicant will ideally provide educational leadership focused on improving student outcomes and will support the Principal in the development and implementation of the school’s Strategic and Operational Plans. As an instructional leader, the Deputy Principal should foster the professional growth of staff through a coaching paradigm and lead whole-school initiatives.
