This is not a static role; it’s fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding. Your Mission As a Business Manager, you’ll take ownership of three pillars critical to our success: 1. Business Development – Drive a disciplined sales rhythm: select target companies, identify opportunities, build key account relationships, and sell expert project management services. 2. Growing Consulting Teams – Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with client needs, foster a high-performing culture, and work with senior leaders to grow and develop our consulting team. 3. Client & Consultant Success – Act as the connective tissue between client needs, our consultants, and delivery/practice leadership. You’ll ensure the right support structures are in place, enabling our consultants to thrive and our clients to see measurable impact — while safeguarding growth, profitability, and long-term relationships. What you Bring · 5 years of sales or business development experience in professional services.· Background in project delivery, PMO, or Project Controls highly desirable.· Proven track record driving new business growth and delivering workforce solutions.· Industry network in Transportation, Energy, Utilities, Engineering Services, Aviation, or Defence.· Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.· Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and teams.· Self-disciplined, consistent, and motivated to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams.· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
