For over 30 years, they have inspired people to live more sustainably through education, events, and hands-on experiences. We’re looking for a passionate and value-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into an exciting new chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a CEO role reporting to a supportive Board of Directors. About the Role As CEO, you’ll guide a small, dedicated team and work closely with the engaged Board to deliver on the vision. We are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about sustainability and community impact and able to strengthen the organisation's commercial sustainability whilst upholding its treasured values. You’ll oversee strategy, strengthen partnerships, and ensure financial sustainability while continuing the journey of growth and innovation that the Farm has been undertaking. What We’re Looking For Passion for sustainability and community connection Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent experience Strong leadership and general management skills Financial management experience, ideally in social enterprise Proven success in securing grants and sponsorships Excellent networking and community-building skills Confident public speaker with strong written and verbal communication Strategic planning capability and ability to manage competing priorities The Details Preferred: 4 days per week (0.8 FTE) Will consider full-time on a case-by-case basis Salary: Circa $120,000 pro rata Apply now and help shape a sustainable future for Perth This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in sustainability and community development.
