ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for providing Client Management & Admin services to our team of Account Managers and New Business Underwriters, i.e. creating and providing documentation for client databases Collaborating with various departments within the business to finalize new business opportunities and renew existing clients details in a timely manner Understanding, the appropriate delegation, competency level and business segment for policy structures, county requirements, legal aspects and where necessary cultural sensitivities Ensuring ongoing update of client files Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively ABOUT YOU Experience in an Office/Client Service environment with good Computer, Organisation and Administration skills Ability to engage with Clients and Team Members about a range of topics Strong interest in learning and developing as a professional Team Player with a Flexible and Adaptive Attitude Knowledge of Insurance or Superannuation welcome
