We are seeking experienced Machinery Operators to join a busy agricultural operation in Walkamin, QLD. Working as part of a hands-on team, you'll be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a physical, fast-paced role where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll contribute to the smooth and safe running of daily operations by carrying out the following tasks: Operate machinery including excavators, backhoes and graders Monitor machine performance and promptly report faults or irregularities Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Follow strict safety protocols and company procedures Keep accurate records of production and machine performance Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency Benefits $33.19 per hour with great working hours Ongoing - minimum 6 months contract 38 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours Strong workplace culture focused on safety and teamwork Opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and develop your skills Your Skills & Experience To be successful, you'll bring: Proven experience as a machinery operator Strong attention to detail and sound mechanical aptitude Physical stamina and ability to manage manual tasks and long periods standing Flexibility to work varied hours as required Relevant machinery licences (desirable) Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
