The Role As the Finance Manager for Reporting and Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will come from a business services background and will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations of property funds, including cash flow management, fund performance analysis, and financial reporting. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, performance summaries, and variance analysis to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and forecast future fund performance. Collaborate with investment teams to conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing initiatives, ensuring alignment with fund objectives and investor expectations. Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax obligations, and legal requirements applicable to property funds. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Experience & Qualifications CA or CPA qualified Accountant Management reporting compilation and presentation building Strong financial reporting knowledge Understanding of full PnL for multiple legal entities/business units Analysis of result variances and data Additional information Large ASX Listed Business Manager level of business services preferred Excellent work flexibility, promoting work/life balance
