Your new role As a trade-qualified Head Chef, you will lead the day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, hygiene, and team collaboration. You'll be responsible for menu planning, stock control, food safety compliance, and driving a positive kitchen culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to manage, motivate and mentor a small team will be just as important as your culinary skills. With a 10:4 roster, you'll enjoy stability, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day. What you'll need to succeed You will be an extremely organised head chef and have the ability to multitask in a diverse role. Familiarity with site or large catering events is crucial, having excellent attention to detail along with a strong work ethic. A current driving licence, trade certificate and availability to start as soon as possible are a must! Client Interviews are mandatory. What you will need to apply: Certificate IV Commercial Cookery (or similar) Diploma of Hospitality Supervisor Safe Food Handling Certificate, or be willing to obtain Experience as a Head Chef in bulk catering environments National Police Clearance (valid within 3 months) Be willing to provide 2 contactable references Current Driving licence Eligibility to work in Australia Important note: These roles are DIDO from Perth, Western Australia ONLY, therefore candidates must be based in Western Australia to be considered.
