The Opportunity We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Legal Secretary to join our Perth-based team on a full-time, fixed-term basis ending in May 2026. As a member of our Motor Vehicle Compulsory Third-Party team, you will play a key role in supporting our fee earners through a range of administrative and legal tasks. Key Responsibilities Working with a friendly team of professionals, you will enjoy a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to: providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners preparing and typing legal documents and general correspondence managing general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, mail handling and database updates assisting with the opening and closing of files, ensuring client details are accurate and up to date managing diaries and scheduling appointments E-filing incoming and outgoing emails and documents collating briefs for counsel and medical experts as required handling client queries via phone and email. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: previous experience in a similar administrative or legal support role excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to work independently and manage competing priorities a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team initiatives strong attention to detail typing speed of 75 wpm with high accuracy effective time management and organisational skills excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
