In the Parts team at CLAAS Harvest Centre – Northam, we’re excited to welcome a new team member to support to our workshop team and customers with parts for our agricultural equipment range, which includes premium European brands such as CLAAS and AMAZONE. You’ll be; Fielding customer enquiries regarding replacement parts for machinery and using serial numbers to find relevant parts. Talking to customers that don’t have a serial number and asking the right questions to get enough information to find the right part. Collaborating with your colleagues in the workshop to provide parts for repair jobs. Selling parts to customers and arranging for delivery. Who are we? We have 33 dealers across New Zealand and Australia with support offices in Christchurch, Melbourne and Perth. What’s in it for you? We provide extensive training on and off site to set our people up for success. What are we looking for? Experience working in parts, ideally in the automotive sector. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service whilst managing customer expectations. An interest in solving problems by using tried and tested techniques as well as thinking outside the box. The ability to build good working relationships. A background working with parts, inventory or stock management systems. We are looking for people who share our values!
