About the RoleThe role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, ensuring partner/customers are on the supported version of the solution and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. Additionally, the position focuses on optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services. In this role, you’ll hold a book of existing customers who you’ll manage through their lifecycle, ensuring on time renewals, creating upsell opportunities where you’ll drive additional transactional usage or additional user licenses to increase revenue. Through relationship building, customer training, and customer maintenance you will be responsible for retaining the book while driving incremental revenue. ResponsibilitiesDelivering exceptional relationship management and client supportNurturing the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities where applicableMeeting assigned targets for renewals and incremental revenueIdentifying client training requirements and maintaining accurate records of training deliveredEnsure Partner/customer are using the latest or supported version of the solutions usedProviding quarterly updates to reporting managerUpdating all opportunities in CRM timelyEnsuring that partners/customers are effectively on boarded within the stated SLA RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in B2B salesHave ability to manage a book of partners; partner life cycle managementHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customersBe proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issuesPossess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunitiesBe adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBe results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional partner and/or customer satisfaction and driving revenue growthBe detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyBe proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, experience in SalesForce is desired but not required Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here
