Join James Hardie as a Graduate Demand Planner to support demand forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global building materials leader. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist in analyzing historical sales data and market trends to support demand forecasts. Learn and apply basic forecasting techniques and tools under senior planners' guidance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to understand demand influencers such as promotions and product launches. Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support identification of potential risks and opportunities related to demand variability. Contribute to inventory planning discussions for new and existing products. Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes. About You The company is looking for: A recent Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong Excel skills and an interest in learning forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, ERP systems). A proactive mindset and passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
