About the job Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking Casual Rental Sales Officers to join our Melbourne Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary! About the role Primary tasks include: Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person Checking of vehicles on return of rental Providing a high level of customer service About You The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.
