Your part in our Buderim Hospital team As a key support function, you will provide high level business and executive support to hospital Executives as in a professional, efficient and confidential manner. A diverse role you’ll be accountable for: Extensive diary management in line with established priorities including internal and external appointments, arranging meeting room bookings and video/teleconference facilities Management of several hospital committees including agendas, review of supporting documents, identification and action on committee action items and meeting room bookings Typing and collation of minutes at a high volume of weekly meetings as well as preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations Arranging travel and accommodation bookings Coordination of events (internal or client related), such as functions, workshops as . Full management of hospital bursaries including expressions of interest, conference/course bookings, liaison with bursary donors, processing of bursary requests and expenses What makes a difference for us? Evidence of providing extensive executive level support ideally in the health industry A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to self-motivate in an autonomous role. High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills incorporating the abilities to demonstrate tact, integrity and confidentiality. Advanced computer skills including accurate typing skills of 80wpm. High level of initiative and negotiating skills to resolve challenges in the day to day work environment, whilst maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to foster harmonious work relationships and work as an effective team member Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements What makes a difference for you?
