Harness Energy is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas industry client for an experienced Bus Driver to support drilling operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing team in a dynamic FIFO environment. The Role As a Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of personnel between site locations. This role involves operating a 12-seater passenger van while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. Key responsibilities include: Safely transporting personnel in a 12-seater passenger van across site locations (bitumen & dirt roads). Delivering excellent customer service to company employees and contractors. Working a 21 days on / 21 days off FIFO roster with 12.25-hour day and night shifts. Performing vehicle pre-starts, checks, and preventative maintenance reporting. Participating in site safety meetings, fire and safety training, and adhering to all HSE requirements. Supporting ad-hoc duties as required (light freight, vehicle cleaning, minor site assistance). About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A valid Light Rigid (LR) Licence and relevant State Government Driver Authorisation. A minimum of 1 year's passenger transport experience . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to drive safely in all weather and road conditions, day and night. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining professional standards.
