Job Info Location: COORPAROO, QLD Salary: Above Award Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description About the role- Aqua-Tech Drinking Water Solutions are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Field Service Technicians to join their growing team in Coorparoo, QLD. We are offering full-time roles that will involve servicing and maintaining high-quality drinking water appliances to our valued customers. Duties will include but not be limited to- Troubleshooting and repairing a range of drinking water systems Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of water filtration systems Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Assisting with the installation of new drinking water systems as required What we're looking for- A maintenance & repair trade qualification Previous experience in a field service position Restricted Electrical or Plumbing Licence would be an advantage Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A current open class C or CA drivers licence Willingness to undergo a police check and work in accordance with our safety policies Tidy presentation What we offer- At Aqua-Tech Drinking Water Solutions, we value our team and provide a supportive work environment.
