Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce. About the Role As a Customer Care Consultant , you will be the first point of contact for participants, employers, and stakeholders, setting the tone for their experience with the IEA program. This front-facing, fast-paced role combines concierge-style service , administrative coordination , and customer support to ensure every interaction is warm, informative, and inclusive. You'll help the office run smoothly, support field-based staff, and ensure every customer is welcomed, informed, and supported on their employment journey. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome and guide participants and visitors, providing accurate information about employment services. Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and follow up with participants and employers. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, action compliance tasks, and support audit readiness. Assist with administrative tasks such as resume updates, job referrals, and vacancy management. Promote services through business development support and event coordination. What You’ll Bring Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organisational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in customer service, admin, sales, employment services or call centres. High level of professionalism, positivity, and resilience. Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
