The role leads all functions including sales, customer experience, service delivery, operations, construction and subcontractor partnerships. Specifically you will: Work with functional and frontline leaders to attract and retain quality talent and drive initiatives to build high performing teams Inspire teams, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape Brighton Homes’ future Monitor company performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions and minimising variances Make key financial decisions, including budget allocation, cost management and revenue generation Collaborate with functional leads and group shared services to develop and implement key initiatives and projects Provide leadership during change initiatives and lead transformation projects Identify, secure and manage key strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term value Represent Brighton Homes at company and industry events and maintain leadership in the residential building sector in Queensland About You This role demands a visionary leader who can partner with the Managing Director and group executive leadership to shape and execute a long-term plan that drives innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable expansion. You will demonstrate: Proven experience developing and executing business growth plans Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team across sales, operations, construction and customer service Experience advising, coaching, and mentoring employees at all levels on a full range of performance competencies 10 years of private-sector experience with risk management and opportunity seeking for business results Commitment to leading with clarity, confidence and integrity Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills Financial and business management expertise Tertiary qualifications in business, construction management or similar Interested?
