Ongoing training and development opportunities As the Trade Sales Manager, you’ll manage the Trade Sales and Warehouse operations. From coaching your team and growing customer relationships to overseeing stock management and safety compliance, you’ll play a key role in driving excellence across operations and customer experience. Your Responsibilities Drive trade sales and margins to achieve store targets Lead and support your team to deliver excellent customer service Grow and maintain strong relationships with trade customers Manage promotions, stock control, and warehouse standards Oversee compliance with company policies and safety standards Minimise the risk of injuries and report all hazards and incidents Complete monthly safety inspections Carry out trade/ warehousing activities including manual handling and forklift driving About You Previous sales experience in a trade, retail or a related industry Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of tiling, construction, or trade products is preferred but not essential! Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 25kg) Be comfortable with the use of computers and Microsoft Outlook Hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one! Why Join Us?
