Head of Projects — Victorian Projects Team We are looking for a Head of Projects to join our Victorian Projects Team to lead a team of Project Managers in the delivery of projects. You will be accountable for delivering business unit planning, training, staff development and the overall delivery performance of all Victorian projects. As Head of Projects, you’ll join a supportive team of knowledgeable, inclusive, and passionate colleagues, with a competitive remuneration package and access to an employee assistance program. Responsibilities This role involves outstanding management and organisational skills to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. It includes acting as the point of escalation, helping to mitigate project risks, and actively managing your own project portfolio at maximum efficiency with thorough planning to achieve exceptional results. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. You will bring these competencies, skills, and experience with you to the team: Proven project management experience in AV. Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team. Hands-on experience with system designs & schematics, works programmes, flowcharts, technical documentation, contract deliverables and schedules. Procurement, project planning, resource management, basic financial skills and knowledge of project management software. Preferred qualifications Recognised technical qualification in ICT, mechanical or electrical discipline.
