The role The People and Culture Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our P&C operations nationally. Providing broad exposure, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, annual calendar activities and learning and development administration. We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills who has worked in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience or qualifications in HR or Recruitment would support an easy transition. We nurture careers and actively offer development and progression opportunities. The role is based in Adelaide, SA, in our new office in the CBD.
