As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll support strategic recruitment efforts that attract and retain top talent - strengthening our reputation as a leading employer in the academic sector. Responsibilities: Support the Talent Acquisition Team by providing recruitment related guidance and efficient administrative services in collaboration with the Workforce Alignment team.Leverage cutting-edge recruitment platforms to contribute to effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.Assist with drafting and posting job ads across platforms, coordinate internal and industry meetings, and support recruitment events.Support the Talent Acquisition Team by gathering information on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
