Join our team at Westfield Liverpool as a Cleaner and help create a clean, welcoming space every day! This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers. Full time position available. Schedule as follows: Thursday: 2:24pm – 10:00pm Friday - Monday: 9:24am – 6:00pm Tuesday & Wednesday: Off Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and vacuum including malls, food courts, restrooms, entries, and back-of-house. Empty and clean bins, ensuring waste is separated (general, recycling, organic). Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, and parent rooms, ensuring consumables are restocked. Wipe down surfaces including glass, escalators, lifts, furniture, doors, and high-touch points. Maintain cleanliness of loading docks and waste management areas. Dusting and high dusting of fixtures, signage, and fittings. Respond to customer or retailer cleaning requests promptly and professionally. Attend to spills and hazards immediately to maintain a safe environment. Follow cleaning schedules and task checklists. Adhere to WHS policies and wear PPE as required. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly. Report hazards, maintenance issues, or incidents to the supervisor immediately. About You: Previous retail cleaning experience preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit to perform manual tasks, lifting, and walking for long periods. Understanding of recycling and sustainability practices. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering high standards. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
