The Project HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission project which will connect Wagga Wagga, Maragle and Bannaby in regional NSW that will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network in Australia’s eastern states. HumeLink is one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure projects, with about 365kms of proposed new transmission lines and a range of other new and upgraded infrastructure. Our Minimum Requirements For This Role Are Relevant Secretarial qualifications and/or proven experience as a Personal Assistant (5-10 years) preferably supporting senior managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaborative tools such as SharePoint and/or OneDrive for Office 365Proven experience in report writing (including layout and formatting)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiencesA deep understanding of how various groups and strategic leaders interrelate, coupled with a high emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders in support of Project goalsStrong multitasking abilities, exceptional time management, and maintaining confidentiality.
