What You'll Do Plan, execute and optimise SEO and SEM campaigns across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class performance strategies. Analyse data and performance metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to innovation within the digital team. What We're Looking For Proven experience in SEO and SEM, ideally within an agency environment. Minimum 2-3 years of SEO and SEM experience required. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) Australian work rights are required for this position. Why OMD WA?
