OVERVIEW: We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with a Brand Management focus to join our clients dynamic team. Based in one of their northern offices, this role will play a key part in driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for their premium construction business, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider Marketing team. There is an amazing amount of support; from Graphic Design to Digital Specialists. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute marketing plans that promote the company's brand Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify target markets. Manage and oversee advertising campaigns, including creating and approving ad content and media placement. Develop relationships with external partners, such as media outlets and advertising agencies. Analyze data and metrics from marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Monitor and manage budgets for marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies. Plan and oversee events and sponsorships to build brand awareness and engage customers.
