We are currently hiring multiple roles across their finance department, including the position of General Manager - Finance and Financial Controller. Role Description The Financial Controller is a senior finance leadership role responsible for group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and audit coordination across international operations. This role demands strong technical expertise in AASB, IFRS, and Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS), as well as a deep commitment to financial governance and compliance. You will oversee statutory reporting, ERP system integrity, and cross-border submissions while leading a high-performing team to ensure financial accuracy and operational transparency. Job Title: Financial Controller Reports to: General Manager of Finance Direct Reports: 2 Work Flexibility: Flexible working hours Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 Super Up to 10% Annual Bonus Location: Adelaide, SA Duties Preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and internal standards. Managing month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities. Overseeing statutory reporting for Australian and international subsidiaries. Coordinating external audits and maintaining strong governance and internal controls. Ensuring ERP and BI system data integrity, supporting automation, and process improvements. Preparing reports for overseas shareholders in compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS). Leading and developing a small finance team. Requirements CPA or CA qualification. Strong technical knowledge of AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and CAS. ERP/BI expertise (preferably Pronto and Power BI). Mandarin fluency highly desirable.
