The successful candidates will be confident working independently and take pride in delivering high-quality, customer-focused service. Key Responsibilities Perform routine service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on HVAC systems Accurately diagnose faults and provide appropriate solutions Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Complete job documentation and adhere to safety protocols What We're Looking For Australian-recognised trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) Valid Australian Driver's Licence Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) Excellent diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Desirable: Experience working with central plant systems Previous exposure to commercial or industrial HVAC environments Why Work With Our Client?
