Sitting in the company's After Sales Division (Mining), we are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage high risk maintenance shutdown crews (Fixed Plant) across large mining sites. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing high-risk maintenance work, ensuring safety, planning efficiency, and day-to-day crew performance. The Role Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager, your responsibilities will include: Lead and supervise high risk fixed plant maintenance crews during shutdowns, including balance machines and other critical bulk material handling equipment, on tier 1 mining sites. Oversee daily work plans, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Coordinate and schedule work, materials, and resources for maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and quality standards. Act as the key point of contact between the client, management, and site crews. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges to minimise downtime and ensure safe outcomes. Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and performance within the team. Your Background To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria: Trade qualified Boilermaker or Fitter & Turner (or equivalent mechanical trade). Proven experience managing/supervising fixed plant maintenance shutdowns in mining. Strong knowledge of balance machines and broader fixed plant equipment. Strong understanding of high-risk maintenance activities and shutdown planning. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams, as well as communicate effectively to customers. Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
