HSE Coordinator – Manufacturing & Warehousing Marsden Park. We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join a growing organisation within the commercial building and data centre sector. This role is ideal for a proactive and people-focused safety professional who is passionate about driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering best practice solutions across manufacturing and warehousing sites. About the Role As the HSE Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in engaging with employees at all levels to promote continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental sustainability. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards, while fostering a culture where safety is a core value. Key Responsibilities Conduct and coordinate regular safety audits across multiple sites to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards. Develop, implement, and monitor best practice safety procedures, encouraging shared ownership of safety across the workforce. Facilitate engaging safety training programs, toolbox talks, and workshops. Lead root cause investigations into workplace incidents and oversee corrective actions. Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventative measures. Stay up to date with WHS legislation, environmental policies, and industry best practices. Develop and manage emergency response plans, including fire safety and hazardous materials handling. Collaborate with site managers, employees, and regulatory bodies to drive safety and compliance. Maintain and utilise the ISO 45001 Management System framework effectively. Skills & Experience 2–5 years’ experience in HSE roles within manufacturing and/or warehousing. Certificate IV (minimum) in WHS, Environmental Management, or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and safety observations. Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and environmental sustainability practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). CPR/First Aid/AED certification (preferred). Knowledge of Eco Online or similar systems (preferred). Experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/warehouse environments.
