Our client is currently seeking Leading Hands and Machine Operators to join their busy food manufacturing business located in Silverwater. Duties include: - Organise daily tasks including training new staff - Ensure daily production targets are met - Coordinate changeovers, line setups and production transitions - Report production issues to supervisors and maintenance teams - Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards - Promote good manufacturing practices (GMP) - Computer operation - Handling pork and beef (raw and cooked) - To be successful for these positions, you will have: - Experience working within food manufacturing would be highly regarded - HACCP and GMP knowledge - Good communication skills - Machine operation experience - Availability to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 2pm starts - Reliability and great work ethic - Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge Looking for your next opportunity, then don't delay.
