Role Overview You'll manage key accounts across high-rise residential and commercial sectors. Monthly, you'll oversee reporting and pipeline planning. Weekly, you'll liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure supply timelines and specifications are met. Daily, you'll be actively engaged with client stakeholders, providing technical advice and driving sales outcomes across projects exceeding 1,000 tonnes of steel reinforcement. This role places you at the centre of Sydney's construction landscape, where your ability to leverage relationships and secure multi-thousand-tonne steel projects will directly impact business success. You'll work alongside experienced estimators, schedulers, and logistics professionals to deliver seamless service and cement your reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. Responsibilities Secure and manage steel reinforcement projects (from 2,000 tonnes) across high-rise residential and commercial sites Serve as the main point of contact for clients from tender through to delivery and project completion Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimations, timely delivery, and compliance with project requirements Negotiate commercial terms and contracts that align with both client needs and business objectives Candidate Profile You are a driven and commercially minded Account Manager or Sales Representative with a background in the steel, construction materials, or building supply industry.
