Roof Plumbers and Painters SkillHire currently has an opening for a qualified Roof Plumber and Painter to work across residential and commercial buildings around the Perth metro area. Monday to Friday work days 8 hour shifts with 7am starts & 3pm finishes On-going work Roof Plumber Position: Ability to diagnose roofing leaks/issues reported by tenants and provide a report/solution to the client from which materials will be ordered and provided for to resolve. Painter Position: Working alongside a small team of tradesmen that go from job to job that can follow up after Plasterers and paint interior and exterior walls/ceilings of residential and commercial buildings. Working at heights will be involved and must have a EWP ticket for the operation of an electric scissor lift. To be considered: Australian Trade Certificate in Roof Plumbing or Painting Previous experience in a residential/commercial setting Australian Drivers Licence (C class minimum) Reliable transport Construction Card (White Card) Working at Heights certificate EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certificate Be able to supply your own PPE (hi-vis shirts, pants, boots) and basic tools.
