With our strong growth and pipeline of civil infrastructure works, we are seeking a Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. This role is suited to a good all-round Project Engineer with experience across roads and pavements, earthworks, concrete structures and inground services. We will also consider applications from strong Site Engineers who are ready to step up. What you'll be doing - Scoping and scheduling works, preparing short-term programs and providing input into project reporting. - Monitoring progress against contractual schedules, budgets and forecasts. - Leading and mentoring field teams to deliver safe, high-quality project outcomes. - Administering contracts, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance across site operations. - Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to drive performance. What you'll bring - Civil construction experience in a Project Engineer role (or similar). - Strong technical, financial and contract administration skills. - Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and HSEQ practices. - A collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Civil Engineering qualification (or working towards it).
