Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage a small team and oversee all capital works across a major metropolitan hospital. This is an immediate 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage capital projects within a live hospital environment. Oversee works across areas such as medical imaging, pathology, and Day Surgery Units (DAS) / Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs). Liaise with clinical stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and compliance standards. About You: Proven experience delivering complex capital works within a healthcare setting – this could be within hospitals, medical imaging, pathology. Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare infrastructure requirements. Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
