Job Description We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead the upkeep and operational efficiency of Oaks Brisbane River City Suites . In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation, and functionality. You’ll oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and provide leadership to the maintenance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all building, plant, and equipment maintenance across the property Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to reactive maintenance requests Manage contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements Deliver efficient and cost-effective maintenance solutions within budget Provide hands-on support when required and lead by example
