With a fully equipped workshop—including welders and two spray booths—and a convenient location near Sandgate Road and Geebung Station, we’re set up for success. The Opportunity We're currently looking for a Trainee Vehicle Estimator to join our team. If you're currently working in a trade role within the smash repair industry and are keen to move into estimating, this is the perfect stepping stone. You'll work closely with our experienced Centre Manager, receive hands-on training, and build your skills and support the workshop team in quoting, customer service, and production coordination. This is a permanent full-time role , Monday to Friday, offering a long-term career pathway in a growing business. What You’ll Be Doing Learn to assess and quote vehicle damage accurately and efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service to clients and work providers. Assist with vehicle intake, inspections, mapping, and imaging. Support parts management and ensure timely ordering and delivery. Liaise with suppliers and insurers to get additional work approved. Assist in managing workflow and production timelines. Support customers through the repair process and handover. About You Previous experience in the collision repair industry in a trade role or similar a MUST Keen interest in developing estimating skills. Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach.
