We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role supporting a business that is dedicated to improving lives and strengthening community outcomes across South East Queensland. As Finance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of finance professionals, providing strategic insight and operational oversight across all areas of finance. You will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial direction, supporting senior leadership with forecasting, compliance, and long-term planning. Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring a small finance team. Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Supporting senior leadership with strategic financial advice. Overseeing payroll, invoicing, and financial transactions. Driving process improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What we’re looking for: Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business (or working towards). Significant experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role. Strong forecasting, reporting and compliance knowledge. Demonstrated leadership capability. Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
