As Project Officer - Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and operational functions of the Games Infrastructure delivery program. You'll work collaboratively across government and industry to ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies, contribute to reporting and budget submissions, and support project administration and portfolio controls. Your Responsibilities Provide financial services including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and processing of purchase orders and invoices. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budget submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies in financial and procurement activities. Support project administration and portfolio controls including risk management and program oversight. Contribute to strategic advice and submissions to government, including investment proposals and capital appropriations. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across government, industry, and community. Represent the division at meetings, forums, and events as required.
