Your new role An experienced Estimator is required to join the pre-construction team and play a key role in the tendering and delivery of upcoming projects. You’ll be working closely with senior management and the delivery teams across high-profile residential and government developments. Key responsibilities include: Full tender preparation, analysis, and submission Reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility reports Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to obtain and assess pricing Managing trade breakdowns and scope reviews to ensure accuracy Supporting the pre-construction and project teams through procurement stages For you to be successful Proven experience as an Estimator within a head contractor environment Strong background across Class 2 residential and/or government-funded projects Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and cost planning Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Proficient in industry-standard software and systems Strong communication and organisational skills Benefits for you This is an opportunity to join a builder on an exciting growth trajectory, with accreditations and a strong pipeline already secured.
