ABOUT YOU 8 years plus experience in design and/or project delivery A thorough knowledge of urban development including residential and industrial subdivision Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Happy to consider both consulting or civil contractor backgrounds. A passion and proven success utilising business development skills. ABOUT THE ROLE A leadership role within the construction delivery division. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for timely, cost-effective delivery. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety and quality compliance. Provide technical guidance and resolve construction issues for the team. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulators for smooth project execution. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Ensure design components meet budget and delivery deadlines.
