The Assistant Director Staff Wellbeing is responsible for overseeing the development and integration of wellbeing and manages a team responsible for delivering the departmentâs strategies relating to employee wellbeing and safety. Utilising contemporary evidence and data to inform support and service delivery that improves employee wellbeing, engagement, resilience and safety of the workforce.
