Leads the development, implementation, and assessment of PWCâs Reconciliation Action Plan and initiatives ensuring alignment with other Safety, People and Governance programs. The Manager Reconciliation operates in the capacity of a change agent within the organisation working with EGMâs and Senior Leaders by advising on Power and Waterâs policies and practices as well as any challenges related to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
