Lead, manage and coordinate the planning and delivery of Repairs and Maintenance programs across multiple Northern Territory Government agencies within the Central Australian Region. Provide both strategic and operational support to the General Manager Regions and Senior Officers across the Department, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and effective service delivery. Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical and administrative staff to ensure efficient program implementation and reporting.
