The senior teacher will assist in developing and leading the implementation of initiatives/strategies/programs that address attendance, enrolment and community engagement at the College. Develop and sustain strong relationships and levels of communication between the school and the community, lead a team of teachers and support staff to build, implement, evaluate and adjust a range of programs and approaches to engage students in learning. Work as a member of the leadership team to drive school improvement and implement school-wide practices.
