Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation The Commercial Sales Analyst is central to adidas Pacific’s wholesale performance. This role partners with Finance and Sales Leadership to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision making across the business. You’ll also build financial capability within the Wholesale Sales & Planning team through coaching and support. Key Responsibilities Support the annual wholesale target-setting process in partnership with Finance and Sales Director Coordinate monthly RFC and IBP submissions to ensure accuracy and alignment Contribute to seasonal forecasting milestones for sales and financial planning Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time performance tracking Prepare reporting on sales performance vs. budget and forecast targets Monitor sell-in results, order book conversion, contracts, and overstock levels Provide direction and development opportunities for the Sales Operations Representative Share knowledge with the Wholesale Sales & Planning team on financial processes and reporting practices KPI’s Accurate and timely delivery of budgets and forecasts Consistent submission of monthly RFC and IBP reports Completion of seasonal forecasting and sales planning milestones Key Relationships Pacific Sales and Finance teams IT Solutions and Master Data Customer Service and Supply Chain Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 3 years’ experience in Sales Analysis or a related role Strong capability in Power BI and Excel Knowledge of retail/wholesale KPIs (ST, WOH, GM, etc.) Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights Clear and effective communication across diverse audiences Collaborative approach with a focus on building team capability Accuracy, timeliness, and results-oriented mindset Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications University degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred; not essential with experience) Focus in Finance, Sales, or Analytics highly valued Industry background in Sporting Goods, Fashion, or FMCG preferred Experience in the sportswear and athletic apparel industry is advantageous but not required
