Echo Boards and Products is looking for a full-time Welder to join our team. We provide electrical products and switchboards that suit our customer’s needs. We provide customised products such as meter boxes, steel enclosures, main switchboards, panel surrounds, UGOH channels, conduit covers and meter load centres. Due to an increasing demand for our products and services, we are looking to expand our team. If you are an experienced Welder with a great work-ethic, please keep reading! What you will do: Be able to interpret drawings, instructions and manuals to determine job specifications Mark up metal using specific measuring tools Cut metal using hand tools Bend and join metal parts, aligning and using bolts and rivets Weld parts together, test strength of welded joints and finishes Polish and protect welded joints Smooth welded joints by filing and chiseling We are looking for someone who is able to join us on a permanent and full-time basis. This is not a trainee position so please only apply if you have at least 1 year of full-time relevant experience. We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
