We're recruiting for a client who is a family-owned HVAC business that has grown steadily over the past decade. While the projects range from luxury homes and apartments to commercial fitouts, they've kept their small-business values - supportive, down-to-earth, and team focused. They're now looking for a motivated technician - and are open to both fully qualified tradies or those nearing completion of their apprenticeship . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING No two days are the same here. You'll find yourself across: Medium to large-scale decommissions and installations (residential, commercial, and industrial) Routine proactive and reactive maintenance Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, quoting and carrying out repairs Compliance and defect rectification projects (including fire damper testing) Working on projects ranging from luxury homes to apartment complexes and fitouts Based in Milperra, you'll cover Sydney projects with the occasional opportunity for regional or interstate travel. Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, with optional overtime. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or nearing completion of your apprenticeship) At least 12 months industry experience post-apprenticeship (or very close to completion) NSW White Card valid driver's licence Commitment to the trade and industry WWCC & National Police Check (can be organised by employer) EWP License (desired but not essential) WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT Weekly pay cycle with regular overtime Company vehicle with fuel card, tolls covered uniform Cloud-based job system (no handwritten reports!)
