About the Role You'll oversee three urban residential sites in key locations including Prospect, Modbury, and Kilburn. Projects range from two-level townhouse developments for private developers through to single-level government builds, giving you exposure to both private and public sector work. With only three sites under your direct management, you'll have the capacity to maintain tight quality control, lead subcontractors effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
